location not that good .. but has potential .Met the guy who was not able to tell me much about the rate per sqft but told me "Sir 90 mein bait jayega" . I asked him phir khade ka kya ?
just kidding .Frankly this might go the thakur complex/village way but i am not convinced that i had to put so much money in that .

DB realty keeps launching - relaunching Symphony.Hey everybody is trying to go green and that is why they are into recycling .
I did get a chance to visit this place. 1bedroom layout is ok three bedrooms are bad shape and prices are wayyyyyyyy too much and you get free view of slums
